Former U.S. Attorney General William Barr, who served under President Donald Trump, is accused of secretly collaborating with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to prevent Trump\u2019s return to the White House, according to whistleblower Patr\u00edcia L\u00e9lis. Willis, a Democrat, brought 2020 election-related RICO charges against Trump and 18 co-defendants, alleging they conspired to overturn Georgia\u2019s election results.<\/p>\n
L\u00e9lis, who worked for media personality Armstrong Williams in 2021, claims she attended numerous private meetings between Barr, Willis, and others in Washington, D.C. During these meetings, they allegedly developed legal and media strategies to target Trump and his allies. She provided Project Veritas with handwritten notes she says she took between 2021 and 2023, documenting the discussions.<\/p>\n
One such meeting, on September 6, 2021, reportedly included Barr and CNN commentator Shermichael Singleton. L\u00e9lis claims the group coordinated a media strategy to align with the January 6 congressional investigation. The discussions also included targeting Trump allies such as Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, and leaders of groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.<\/p>\n
Photos from March 2022 allegedly show Barr meeting with Willis and Special Counsel Jack Smith at the Sinclair Broadcast Group. According to L\u00e9lis, Barr predicted that an FBI raid on Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago estate would occur soon \u2014 which happened five months later. She also stated Barr urged Willis to pursue RICO charges against Trump, describing them as difficult to defend.<\/p>\n
L\u00e9lis further claimed that Willis worked with a social media team to promote anti-Trump content supporting the prosecution. She characterized the effort as a coordinated campaign combining legal action and public messaging to block Trump\u2019s political comeback.<\/p>\n
