The incident underscores the ongoing turmoil within Kennedy\u2019s \u201cMake America Healthy Again\u201d initiative, which has faced a string of high-profile resignations and internal disputes as leadership shifts to reflect the administration\u2019s priorities.<\/p>\n Among the departures was Dr. Vinay Prasad, the FDA\u2019s top vaccine official and head of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. He was forced out in July following clashes with biotech firm Sarepta Therapeutics.
