The arrests of Adeeb Nasir, 58, and Adil Justice Ahmed Nasir, 31, came just days after conservative activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated at Utah Valley University, located about 30 miles away.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"883\">Both men face multiple charges, including threat of terrorism, possession of weapons of mass destruction, and possession of explosive devices. The FBI confirmed the device was real but had failed to function properly.
