Two female FBI agents allegedly infiltrated the campaign and acted as &#8220;honeypots,&#8221; using romantic or sexual interest to gather information. This operation was separate from the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Russian collusion and lacked proper justification or case files in FBI systems.<\/p>\n<p>Current FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino are investigating the operation.
