Her remarks followed a ruling by Judge James Boasberg, who halted deportations of Tren de Aragua gang members, a Venezuelan criminal group.<\/p>\n
Despite Boasberg\u2019s verbal order, two deportation flights departed, with officials arguing they were outside U.S. jurisdiction at the time. The judge later issued a written 14-day stay and demanded detailed answers about the flights.<\/p>\n
Bondi insisted the judge lacks authority under the Alien Enemies Act, which Trump invoked to expel the gang. She vowed the administration would comply legally but appeal and continue deporting terrorists.<\/p>\n
Bondi also accused liberal judges of interfering in foreign policy and protecting criminals over U.S. citizens.<\/p>\n
