In an email to fellow judges, she vowed not to let ICE agents detain anyone from her courtroom, comparing deportation to being sent to a \u201cconcentration camp.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The email came after Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan\u2019s arrest for allegedly helping an illegal immigrant evade ICE.
