Judge Monica Isham sent an email to fellow judges declaring she would refuse to hold court in Sawyer County unless given guidance and support following the arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"617\">Dugan faces federal charges for allegedly helping a Mexican national evade ICE agents after a court hearing.
