Mexico alleged the companies knowingly aided unlawful gun sales fueling cartel violence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Justice Elena Kagan wrote that the complaint failed to plausibly show the firms aided or abetted criminal activity.
