A flyer shared on X (formerly Twitter) announced, \u201cThis 4th of July, we\u2019re reclaiming America\u2019s promise,\u201d though numerous spelling errors have led some users to question the flyer\u2019s authenticity and origin. Critics have already begun mocking the planned demonstrations, pointing to the failure of the original \u201cNo Kings\u201d movement. One social media user commented, \u201cNoKings 1.0 was a flop and a failure. Nothing changed then and nothing will change now\\… The real kings are the ones trying to silence dissent while pretending to be rebels.\u201d<\/p>\n
Amid growing tensions, federal officials are warning against violence during these protests. FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino addressed recent attacks on Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, who were pelted with rocks by demonstrators in Los Angeles. He appealed for the public\u2019s help in identifying the suspects, warning it was \u201conly a matter of time\u201d before they are caught.
