Over recent weeks, a surge of violence targeting ICE officers has prompted strong responses from top federal officials. Attorney General Bondi issued a statement on social media platform X, condemning the criminal acts and emphasizing that all participants involved in these “criminal mobs” will face serious charges. She made it clear that the Department of Justice is committed to upholding law and order in response to these attacks.

Bondi expressed deep concern about the ongoing violence against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers nationwide. She declared that the Department of Justice would not remain passive in the face of such aggressive and unlawful behavior. Reinforcing the federal government’s stance, she insisted, “The rule of law will prevail,” indicating that legal accountability would be enforced without exception.

In a bold statement, Bondi emphasized the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” policy for political violence. Through a video message, she warned that any physical attack on a federal officer would lead directly to prison time. Her message was aimed at deterring future acts of aggression against federal law enforcement personnel.

Stephen Miller, White House chief of staff for policy and a strong advocate for strict immigration measures, also addressed the violence. He referred to the acts as a “campaign of terrorism” and commended the federal response. Miller stated unequivocally that this domestic unrest would be suppressed.

Later, Miller further escalated his language, describing the situation as “domestic terrorist sedition” against the federal government. He affirmed that the government would employ “all necessary resources” to combat the threats and restore order.

These statements follow a string of violent incidents, including the indictment of three women for allegedly stalking and livestreaming an ICE agent’s home, and a sniper attack at a Texas ICE facility, where three migrants were injured and an anti-ICE message was found scrawled on a recovered bullet.
