Pro-MAGA attorney Mike Davis gave a strong and emotional response following the reported killing of conservative figure Charlie Kirk. Speaking on the “Benny Johnson Show,” Davis urged Republicans to stop playing defense and take aggressive political action in response to what he called a growing threat from the far left. He emphasized that Kirk’s death must serve as a turning point for the conservative movement.
Davis accused Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar of celebrating Kirk’s assassination, labeling it an unacceptable act that demands immediate consequences. He called on House Republicans to remove Omar from her committee assignments and censure her, referencing how Democrats previously removed Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for controversial comments.
He warned that Republicans still operate under outdated assumptions, believing they’re dealing with traditional liberals. In contrast, Davis argued that the current Democratic Party is led by “Marxists” who actively seek to destroy political opponents like Donald Trump and his allies through legal, political, and social attacks.
Citing various events — including the multiple indictments against Trump, ballot removal attempts, and the reduction in his Secret Service protection — Davis claimed Democrats have effectively put a “bullseye” on conservative leaders. He linked this rhetoric directly to rising political violence, including Kirk’s death.
Davis called for Republicans to adapt and “fight back” legally, politically, and financially. He urged conservatives to recognize they are dealing with enemies, not opponents, and to respond accordingly. He argued that peaceful debate is no longer enough when their opponents “want to throw us in prison for thought crimes” and “kill us.”
Finally, Davis reiterated former President Trump’s call to classify Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization. He criticized Republicans for lacking the resolve to take such measures, urging them to act decisively to protect their political movement and allies.
