In 1983, Patricia Clarke, then 24, discovered she was pregnant and had a strong feeling her child would be large.
When Kevin Robert Clark was born, he weighed over 16 pounds, making him possibly the largest baby born in New Jersey at the time. Despite his size, Kevin was healthy, though he couldn’t fit into standard baby clothes or a crib. His growth caught national attention, and he appeared on shows like “Saturday Night Live” and “Good Morning America.”
By age 12, Kevin was already 5’7″, reaching 6’5″ in junior high. Now 40, he stands at 6’9″, embracing his height with humor. Living with his 6-foot-tall wife and Great Dane, Kevin, a former military serviceman, continues to thrive.
