Alina Habba: Every Trump Appointee Is ‘America First’

Counselor to President Trump, Alina Habba, criticized Democrats for their continued attempts to obstruct President Donald Trump during an interview on “America Reports.”

Speaking with co-hosts John Roberts and Sandra Smith, Habba discussed Trump’s first month back in the White House and the efforts of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to locate waste, fraud, and abuse in government spending. She joked that if Democrats were upset now, they would be even more so once further “fraud” is exposed.

Habba responded to criticism from Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, emphasizing that the opinion of state attorneys general was irrelevant compared to that of the White House counsel and the U.S. Attorney General. She praised Trump’s efforts to cut spending, contrast his administration’s fiscal responsibility with the previous one, and rejected certain funding allocations.
