Vice President JD Vance Blows The Whistle with Announcement

Vice President JD Vance criticized federal judges he views as overstepping their authority to block key Trump administration policies, including attempts to end birthright citizenship and freeze federal grants.

Vance argued that judges shouldn’t interfere with the executive branch’s powers, likening it to unlawful interference in military or prosecutorial decisions.

Trump echoed this sentiment, expressing disappointment over court setbacks, calling them a “disgrace.” Some Republicans, like Sen. Tom Cotton and Rep. Jim Jordan, supported Trump, while others, like Reps. Andrew Clyde and Eli Crane, plan to introduce impeachment articles against judges they view as obstructing Trump’s agenda.

However, judicial impeachments are rare, and securing the necessary votes in the Senate would be difficult. Experts note that judges have the constitutional right to review presidential actions.
