The O’Keefe Media Group released leaked audio Monday featuring Mitch Rosas, an FBI senior paralegal specialist, claiming that information is being hidden in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Rosas alleged that the FBI will withhold files until “this Administration is over” and hinted that a list of Epstein clients includes prominent Democrats. “None of the people in a position to answer questions are willing to do it because they’re clearly covering for someone,” he said.
Details about how Rosas reached these conclusions are unclear. Following the leak, Rosas was reportedly fired and escorted from FBI premises. Afterward, he contacted O’Keefe Media Group, denying that his comments were on record and requesting they not be published. He threatened legal action, calling any publication “false, misleading, and damaging.”
Meanwhile, six women who say they were trafficked by Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell urged the government to release more investigative files and pressured President Trump not to pardon Maxwell. The panel, which included relatives of the late Virginia Roberts Giuffre, emphasized Epstein’s manipulative tactics and the long delay in justice.
Accusers like Jess Michaels and Jena-Lisa Jones voiced frustration over widespread silence from those around Epstein. Jones said many adults who knew what was happening refused to speak out.
Their plea for transparency aligns with bipartisan calls, coming just before the House Oversight Committee released over 33,000 pages of Epstein-related documents.
