Recently recovered audio of Tyler Robinson, the accused killer of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, reveals a chilling glimpse into his past. In a resurfaced Minecraft livestream from years ago, Robinson—using the gamertag “Craftin”—can be heard laughing and joking with friends. The video, originally deleted, was recovered and reported by the Daily Mail. Friends described Robinson’s behavior during these sessions as eccentric and, at times, disturbing.
Authorities say Robinson, now 22, fatally shot Kirk with a hunting rifle during a rally at Utah Valley University on September 10. Prosecutors allege he later confessed, stating he believed Kirk “spread too much hate.” The case has shocked the political world, especially within the conservative movement, and triggered renewed concerns over politically motivated violence.
Robinson’s online history includes ties to explicit “furry” content and adult games. Investigators linked his handle, “craftin247,” to websites such as FurAffinity and to the adult game Furry Shades of Gay, which features graphic sexual material. Friends and former classmates confirmed Robinson regularly used this alias across gaming and pornographic platforms, raising questions about his long-term psychological health and behavior.
Meanwhile, Turning Point USA has announced Erika Kirk, widow of the late Charlie Kirk, as its new CEO and chair of the board. The organization said the leadership transition was in accordance with Kirk’s previously stated wishes and highlighted Erika’s shared commitment to her husband’s mission and values.
In their official statement, the board said: “We will not surrender or kneel before evil. We will carry on. The attempt to destroy Charlie’s work will become our chance to make it more powerful than ever.”
