Trump-Appointed Prosecutor In N.Y. Ripped Biden, Obama, Clinton

John A. Sarcone III, a private lawyer from Westchester County, accused President Biden of treason in a 2022 social media post, calling him a “traitor” after Biden tweeted about being “ready to get things done.” Sarcone also made controversial statements about Obama and Clinton on social media.

Sarcone was appointed interim U.S. Attorney without Senate confirmation. Although lacking prosecutorial experience, he emphasized judgment as key in his role. His priorities include securing the border, addressing lawlessness, and combating corruption and fraud.

Additionally, Sarcone suggested focusing on protecting students’ religious rights at Upstate colleges. The FBI recently arrested a top MS-13 leader, strengthening the U.S. commitment to national safety and border security.
