John Cena has shared his experience with skin cancer, encouraging others to be vigilant about their skin health.

The WWE legend, who was diagnosed with skin cancer twice, revealed he grew up without using sunscreen, which contributed to his condition. Fortunately, the spot was removed, but a year later, another spot appeared. Cena emphasizes the importance of getting regular skin checks and using sunscreen daily. Through a partnership with Neutrogena, he hopes to raise awareness about skin cancer prevention.

Cena’s experience serves as a reminder to take proactive steps in protecting your skin, as he now encourages others to learn the signs and take action early.
