JUST IN / Democratic Senator Brian Schatz strikes a crushing blow against Donald Trump

Democratic Senator Brian Schatz has escalated his protest against President Donald Trump by expanding his hold on over 300 Trump nominees, including 50 new names.

This move halts nominees for key positions, such as Labor Department inspector general and head of the Office of Personnel Management, and blocks several foreign affairs bills.

Schatz is demanding better oversight of the Trump administration, criticizing its “lawlessness” and the damaging impact of Trump’s tariffs on the economy. Schatz’s holds aim to delay the confirmation process, emphasizing the need for accountability.

He insists that resistance to Trump should be visible, stating, “If you’re going to stand up to the president, people have to see you doing it.”
