- Boosting Self-Esteem: Many women feel younger and more valued with a younger lover, who shows more interest in their lives than men their age.
- Lack of Communication: Couples who communicate less than 30 minutes a day are more likely to cheat.
- Lack of Attention: Some women cheat because they don’t feel loved or valued in their current relationship.
- Lack of Empathy: Women may cheat if they feel their partners can’t empathize with them.
Other reasons include revenge for a cheating spouse, or seeking fulfillment in areas where their marriage falls short. Many women cheat because they feel unloved due to a lack of thoughtful gestures from their husbands.
