Hunter Biden Cites Financial Woes In Desperate Plea To Federal Judge

Hunter Biden asked a federal judge to dismiss his lawsuit against ex-Trump aide Garrett Ziegler, citing financial hardship.

In court filings, his lawyers said Biden’s income has dropped, he’s millions in debt, and his rental home was made unlivable by Pacific Palisades wildfires. They argued he needs to focus on relocating and supporting his family, rather than continuing the case.

The 2023 lawsuit accused Ziegler of illegally sharing data from a laptop allegedly belonging to Biden. Ziegler previously sought to dismiss the case, but the judge had rejected that request. Neither side commented on the latest filing.
