Authorities revealed that a Wisconsin teen’s double murder of his parents was part of a broader plot to assassinate former President Donald Trump. Nikita Casap, 17, allegedly killed his mother and stepfather in Waukesha to gain independence and financial resources for his plan.
An FBI affidavit said Casap stayed in the home with the bodies for up to 12 days.
A classmate reported seeing a manifesto on Casap’s phone detailing plans to kill Trump, build bombs, and carry out a terrorist attack. He had begun purchasing a drone and explosives.
Authorities also found $14,000, stolen electronics, and a neo-Nazi journal in a vehicle Casap used. He remains jailed on a $1 million bond and faces trial May 7.
The plot marks the fourth known attempt on Trump’s life since 2024.
