The Biden administration is facing accusations of a “cover-up” concerning former President Joe Biden’s health, according to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.
Speaking Friday, Leavitt claimed there was a lack of transparency from Biden and his administration, calling it “one of the greatest cover-ups” in U.S. history.
She referenced new books, including Uncharted by Chris Whipple, which allege the White House limited Biden’s contact with longtime colleagues, contributing to a visible mental decline.
Leavitt made these comments as President Trump underwent his annual physical at Walter Reed Medical Center. She emphasized Trump’s transparency and high energy, noting that reporters “see him and hear from him daily.” The White House promised a public readout from Trump’s doctor following the exam to reinforce their commitment to openness.
