Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas), a member of the progressive “Squad,” is once again under fire for allegedly suggesting violence—this time toward Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.).
In an interview with Don Lemon, Crockett downplayed concerns about Greene but added, “I think she may be concerned about what I can do physically.” Her comments have drawn attention from federal law enforcement.
Last month, Attorney General Pam Bondi accused Crockett of “threatening lives” after remarks about Elon Musk and Republican lawmakers allegedly incited violence. Bondi urged Crockett to denounce violence and apologize. She warned that Crockett’s rhetoric could lead to “further insurrection.”
Meanwhile, Crockett is also facing a Federal Election Commission investigation over campaign fundraising practices through ActBlue, following a complaint filed by the conservative Coolidge-Reagan Foundation.
