Federal authorities arrested Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan for allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant evade ICE agents at the Milwaukee County Courthouse.
The immigrant, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, was wanted by federal authorities.
Judge Dugan is accused of deliberately misdirecting agents, allowing Ruiz to temporarily escape arrest. FBI Director Kash Patel stated the judge’s actions endangered public safety, though Ruiz was later apprehended.
