Democrat Judge Goes Rogue, Thinks She Can Tell Tom Homan What To Do

Federal immigration officials recently arrested two Democrat judges—one in New Mexico for allegedly harboring an illegal immigrant tied to a terrorist group, and another in Wisconsin for allegedly helping an illegal immigrant avoid arrest.

Now, a third judge, Monica Isham of Sawyer County, Wisconsin, is under scrutiny. In an email to fellow judges, she vowed not to let ICE agents detain anyone from her courtroom, comparing deportation to being sent to a “concentration camp.”

The email came after Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan’s arrest for allegedly helping an illegal immigrant evade ICE. Isham, Wisconsin’s first Native American woman elected to the county bench, said she would stop holding court if judges aren’t protected.

Critics argue this reflects partisan activism rather than judicial impartiality, accusing Democrat judges of undermining immigration enforcement.
