Conservative radio host Dan Bongino announced he’s stepping away from political commentary as he transitions into a new role as Deputy Director of the FBI under Director Kash Patel.
A former Secret Service agent and vocal Trump supporter, Bongino called the move “the honor of a lifetime.”
He told his listeners that only a few shows remain and that Vince Coglianese, previously a guest host, will take over both his syndicated radio show and podcast, which will be renamed “VINCE.”
Bongino assured fans that his brand will remain active, with his wife and daughters continuing their involvement. His final show airs March 14, with Coglianese starting March 17.
Bongino emphasized that the FBI serves the American people and said he’s ready to bring his skills to this critical mission.
