Reactions To Trump’s ‘No More Woke’ Declaration During Speech Pour In

A Fox News Digital focus group, consisting of Democrats, Republicans, and independents, reacted to President Donald Trump’s remarks during his joint session of Congress speech, particularly his comments on wokeness and gender.

The live dial tests showed that Republicans and independents responded positively to Trump’s declaration that the U.S. would no longer be “woke,” with significant support for his stance on hiring based on skill rather than race or gender. However, Democrats disapproved, with their dial reactions remaining neutral or slightly negative.

When Trump stated that there are “only two genders,” Republicans and independents showed strong approval, while Democrats’ reactions were largely neutral or disapproving. Fox’s Lee Carter noted that Democrats appeared less engaged, while independents aligned more with Republicans.
