Reporter Believes Marco Rubio Could Be 2028 GOP Frontrunner

Anti-Trump conservative Tim Miller believes Secretary of State Marco Rubio is positioning himself for a 2028 presidential run by aligning more closely with MAGA policies.

During a podcast, Miller pointed out Rubio’s shift on immigration and foreign policy as signs of political ambition, suggesting he’s courting favor with Trump and his base. President Trump, in a recent NBC interview, praised both Rubio and Vice President JD Vance, hinting they could be potential successors but declined to name a favorite. Trump also dismissed rumors of seeking a third term, reaffirming his intent to serve just two.
