Legal Group Files Suit Against Justice Roberts In Move To Restrict Court Power

The America First Legal Foundation (AFL) has sued Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, claiming the U.S. Judicial

Conference and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts have exceeded their authority. AFL argues these bodies should be overseen by the executive branch, not the judiciary. The case is being handled by Trump-appointed Judge Trevor McFadden.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 to uphold the Trump administration’s transgender military ban, marking a victory for the White House.
