Former CNN anchor Don Lemon revealed on Bill Maher’s podcast that he experienced sexual harassment from both men and women during his time at the network.
Lemon described incidents, including a female colleague inappropriately touching him and making suggestive comments, despite knowing he was gay.
He said he never reported the behavior, fearing retaliation or disbelief. Lemon highlighted the double standards in workplace harassment and admitted such incidents were common in the industry, especially at work-related events.
He was fired from CNN in 2023 after a series of controversies, including offensive on-air comments. Lemon also gained attention for an outburst targeting Trump supporters over H1-B visa issues.
His past remarks, including speculating that MH370 disappeared into a black hole, have also drawn criticism and ridicule within the media.
