GOP Chairman Demands ‘Unredacted’ Video, Docs From Garcia Traffic Stop

House Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green is demanding unredacted footage and reports from a 2022 Tennessee traffic stop involving suspected MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Abrego Garcia, previously deported under the Trump administration, was pulled over with eight undocumented migrants in the vehicle.

Troopers suspected human trafficking, but he was released with only a citation. Reports suggest federal agents, including the FBI, advised his release despite the suspicions.

The car’s owner, Jose Ramon Hernandez-Reyes, previously convicted for smuggling, allegedly employed Abrego Garcia for migrant transport. Green claims the case highlights the failures of the Biden-Harris border policy and vows to investigate further.

The Department of Justice is currently reviewing the incident as concerns over immigration enforcement grow.
