AOC Reveals Fears Of DOJ Investigation As Tom Homan Issues Ominous Hint

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has raised concerns about a possible DOJ investigation stemming from her participation in a February immigration webinar.

The event, aimed at informing immigrants of their rights, featured legal advice on dealing with ICE, including not opening doors without a judicial warrant.

Critics, including Trump-appointed border czar Tom Homan, claim it encouraged evasion of law enforcement. Ocasio-Cortez denies wrongdoing, asserting she exercised her First Amendment rights and calling any investigation politically motivated.

She has written to the DOJ seeking clarity, accusing Homan of using intimidation tactics. The DOJ has not confirmed whether an inquiry is underway.
