FBI’s Patel Issues Warning After Comey’s ‘Death Threat’ To Trump

FBI Director Kash Patel responded after former Director James Comey posted a photo on social media that appeared to call for President Donald Trump’s assassination.

The image showed seashells arranged with the numbers “86 47,” with “86” being mob slang for a hit.

Comey later deleted the post, claiming he didn’t realize it was a violent threat. Patel, along with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and others, condemned the post.

President Trump dismissed Comey’s explanation, while Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard called for Comey to be jailed, stating that threats against the president must be taken seriously.
