US Attorney Habba Provides Huge Update Following ICE Arrest Of Top Dem

Interim U.S. Attorney for New Jersey, Alina Habba, provided an update on Friday regarding Newark Mayor Ras Baraka’s arrest for trespassing at a federal ICE facility.

Baraka was arrested after refusing multiple requests to leave.

During a Fox News interview, Habba refuted claims by three New Jersey Democratic lawmakers protesting at the facility, asserting that Baraka was warned several times before being arrested.

Habba emphasized that the Department of Justice handled the situation correctly and accused the lawmakers of politicizing the event, despite body cam footage contradicting their claims of mistreatment by ICE personnel.
