Authorities are investigating the mysterious deaths of Cameron Hulet, 28, and Courtney Hulet, 20, who were found unresponsive at their kitchen table in Dundee, Michigan.
The couple appeared to be preparing to eat Taco Bell when they suddenly collapsed. A neighbor, initially thinking they were asleep, called police hours later.
There were no signs of trauma or foul play. Their meal was untouched, and a pound of marijuana, likely for distribution, was found on the table. Autopsy and toxicology reports are pending. Police Chief Todd Opperman called the case a “puzzle.” The couple had recently moved to Dundee and had lost custody of their two children. Cameron had a criminal history involving marijuana and assault.
