Tammy Slaton, star of 1000-Lb. Sisters, has undergone a remarkable transformation, losing 440 pounds and proudly showing off her new figure in a dark blue swimsuit with her friend, psychic medium Haley Michelle. Tammy, who has struggled with her weight her entire life, now enjoys greater mobility and freedom.
“Just being able to walk without a walker or wheelchair, and no oxygen. I don’t even sleep with it at night anymore,” she shared, celebrating her improved quality of life.
Despite some negative and unsettling comments, Tammy stays focused on her health. After bariatric surgery in July 2022, her weight dropped from 725 to 285 pounds. She hopes her journey inspires others, stating, “They’re not alone.” Dr. Eric Smith commended her non-scale victories.
