Report: Biden Didn’t Have Any Knowledge Of Several ‘Autopen’ Orders

A nonprofit, Power the Future, has raised concerns about several climate-related executive orders signed by former President Joe Biden using autopen technology.

Their report builds on findings from the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, which found nearly all of Biden’s presidential signatures were autopen-generated, except for a letter withdrawing from the presidential race.

Power the Future reviewed eight key energy policy orders and found no evidence Biden publicly discussed or was aware of several major climate initiatives, including vast offshore oil leasing withdrawals and Arctic drilling bans.

The group calls for transparency about who actually controlled these sweeping policy changes during Biden’s presidency.
