Former President Donald Trump announced he will undergo his annual physical exam at Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday.
In a Truth Social post, Trump said he feels great but emphasized the importance of routine health checks.
He will turn 79 in June and would be 82 by the end of a potential second term. Since leaving office, Trump has released limited health information, though a 2023 physician’s note declared him in “excellent health.”
The announcement coincides with a rise in Trump’s approval ratings, especially among young voters and small business owners, amid his aggressive economic and trade policies.
