Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt emphasized public concern over Biden’s competence and the legitimacy of these actions.
Pardon attorney Ed Martin, appointed by President Trump, is leading the probe, which includes pardons of Biden’s family and commutations for 37 inmates. Martin is investigating whether Biden was truly making decisions or others acted on his behalf.
A whistleblower has named key aides allegedly involved in managing access to the president and clemency approvals.
