Angry Trump Drops ‘F Bomb’ After Iran, Israel Violate Cease-Fire Agreement

President Donald Trump sharply criticized both Israel and Iran for violating a ceasefire he had brokered, just hours after it was announced, casting doubt on lasting peace after 12 days of conflict. In an expletive-filled rant outside the White House, Trump condemned Israel for launching fighter jets into Iran following a missile strike by Tehran on a Tel Aviv apartment complex that killed four Israelis. He expressed frustration that Israel acted immediately despite his call for a phased ceasefire. “You know, when I say okay, now you have 12 hours, you don’t go out in the first hour, just drop everything you have on them,” Trump said. “So I’m not happy with them. I’m not happy with Iran either. But I’m really unhappy if Israel is going out this morning because of that one rocket.” He added, “We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard, that they don’t know what the f\*\*k they are doing. I’m gonna see if I can stop it.”

Trump was set to attend a NATO meeting in The Hague, where ambassadors were discussing peace prospects. He received bipartisan praise for the U.S. strikes on Iran and noted Iran’s restrained retaliation, which included advance warning of an attack on a U.S. military base in Qatar. Shortly after, Trump issued a public warning to Israel via social media: “ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS. IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW!” He insisted the ceasefire remained in effect and urged a peaceful resolution following Iran’s agreement, through Qatar, to halt further attacks if Israel reciprocated.
