Former Attorney For Jeffrey Epstein Says Trump Is Not On ‘The List’

David Schoen, the attorney who briefly represented Jeffrey Epstein before his 2019 death, has stated unequivocally that Donald Trump was not among Epstein’s clients. Schoen said he asked Epstein directly about any damaging information on Trump and was told there was none. His remarks resurfaced Monday amid renewed scrutiny over the Department of Justice’s handling of Epstein’s case files.

“I can say authoritatively, unequivocally, and definitively that he had no information to hurt President Trump,” Schoen posted on X. “I specifically asked him!”

This comes after a DOJ memo leaked to Axios claimed there was no “client list” for Epstein and that his death was ruled a suicide. The document has intensified backlash from Trump supporters, especially after Trump publicly defended Attorney General Pam Bondi, whose DOJ denied any list existed.

Retired Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn took to X, warning, “The Epstein affair is not going away,” and called for accountability over the alleged abuse of minors by elites. At a recent conservative convention in Florida, attendees echoed similar frustrations.

Fox News reported that internal tensions at the DOJ are rising, with Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino reportedly clashing with Bondi over what he sees as a lack of transparency. Despite Trump’s endorsement of Bondi on Truth Social, many MAGA supporters remain dissatisfied. Trump questioned why the Epstein files weren’t released if they could have harmed him, suggesting their suppression supports claims of a broader cover-up to protect elites.
