Trump Shares AI Video Of Obama Being Arrested

Former President Donald Trump recently shared what appears to be an AI-generated video depicting FBI agents arresting and handcuffing former President Barack Obama. The video, posted on Trump’s Truth Social platform, begins with clips of Obama and other top Democrats, including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, declaring, “No one is above the law.” It then transitions to a dramatized setting resembling the Oval Office circa January 2017, where Obama is forcibly removed from his chair by FBI agents.

The video continues with the agents placing Obama on the floor, handcuffing him, and cutting to a scene of him behind bars in an orange prison jumpsuit. The Village People’s disco anthem “YMCA” plays in the background as bold headlines reinforce the phrase, “No One Is Above the Law.” The video is clearly fictional and digitally altered, yet its timing has drawn attention amid new revelations about the origins of the Trump–Russia investigation.

This comes as Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released a newly declassified memo indicating that U.S. intelligence agencies informed Obama in 2016 that Russian activities had no meaningful effect on the outcome of the presidential election. The document notes that while some infrastructure was targeted, no votes were changed or compromised.

The memo’s findings support Trump’s repeated claims that the Russia collusion narrative was politically driven. Trump has long alleged that the investigation was a coordinated attempt by the Obama administration and the Clinton campaign to delegitimize his presidency before it began. The new memo appears to be the most direct acknowledgment yet from the intelligence community that interference was overstated.

In response, pressure is growing for criminal investigations into former intelligence officials such as James Comey and John Brennan. Reports suggest that the Justice Department is considering declassifying additional documents, including Crossfire Hurricane records and notes from Special Counsel John Durham’s 2023 probe, which concluded the Trump–Russia connection was baseless and improperly pursued.
